IF day 1:Kamis 8 April 2021 stag aja 68.6kg masih sama. I try intermittent fasting lagi kayak awal2 diet dulu,cocok banged. Skalian mix sama defkal. Coba liat 1 minggu kedepan apa progressny 😅.Start IF 6:18. Kmaren malam tutup jendela makan jam 22.00. Lalu tadi buka jendela makan telat 1 jam (15.00)
68.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
