Not a bad month with a three pound total loss but Feb has got to be better. Want to have a loss of at least 5 pounds by March 1st (about 1.25 per week). Going to focus on my sugar intake. No diet soda challenge as well for February. Artificial sweetners are worst than regular stuff for weight loss.
