I think with the gardening and helping my sister out in her greenhouses has made all the difference. I like to get my exercise the "unintentional" way. Last time I went to the doctor my a1c was 6.4. Anything under 6.5 is considered under control. Of course I do take a 2x a day shot of Byetta.
