I gained terribly. And it's all my own fault. With the Easter weekend I had a cheat meal, which turned into a cheat day, which turned into a full on cheat week! I was a raging Gremlin. just couldn't get enough. But this was a lesson learned. I will not allow myself to do this again. Never want to feel this disgusted and disappointed in myself again. Moving on and doing better. Today was a good day ( besides the terrible weigh in) and I kept to my Calories and drank all my water.
