Wow, this was a hard fought pound! I chased the same 2 pounds up and down for 20 days without it ever coming down. I have looked over my food logs and there was no smoking gun that I could see so I just redoubled my efforts, shrugged and tried OMAD to get over the hump and it immediately changed the game for me. Thank goodness because that was a demoralizing 20 days. I really want to lose the next 8 pounds to hit my first goal and reward myself with a kayak!
