Put on a lot of weight in the past few years. Need to get if off to live a long life. Was planning to use the tread mill or walk but broke my toe Christmas night. Cutting back on snacking and will eat on salad plates. Not only keeping track on the computer but also writing everything down I eat.

I just started the 5:2 Fast Diet - a friend of mine recommended it as I have a bad back since end of September and had to stop exercising. It looks like a good fir for my life style. BTW Im 50 and married if you want to buddy up :)
