Reporting a gain from last week. I had a good workout yesterday, so I only worked out Sunday and Wed so far. I am fighting a bad cold and not feeling well, so I am taking it easy. We've had pretty healthy, lower carb dinners this week that I am enjoying. I think I will make homemade pizza tonight with Jenni-o sweet turkey italian sausage which is really good. I also have veggies and turkey pepperoni. I am hoping to get my strength back soon and I will be right back out there. I feel the need to run again!
