lupa update setelah dtg bulan kmren ternyata turun keawal LG, pdhal makan aku tambahin buanyak sampe diatas BMR kebanyakan😂, ya syukur alhamdulilah, tinggal nambahin olah raganya nih yg magerrr terusss😁🤭
