Dry fasting till Lunch
Could that be working ?
Lunch was half pita and cheese and juice
Not too much butter
( drinkopop naartjie)
Supper
Dhall
Half pita
Kerala
Nuts chutney
Juice with sparkling water .

More chocolate than I should have had .
62.6 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
