So last week my weight loss kind of stalled and I think I know what it was. Quest protein bars were causing all kinds of GI problem but it took me over a week to realize it was the Quest bars. We bought a case from Sam’s club and I was eating 1-2 a day. Come to find out they have some proteins and fiber that don’t work well with humans. Anyways I stopped a few days ago and my weight is back to where it was prior to eating them. Quest bad, taste great but horrible.

I hear ya, I'm mildly lactose intolerance too so whey can make me ahem, noisy and uncomfortable. Something I really like is dried apricot energy balls.
