昨天吃的太好,早午餐的麵包都是熱量很高的加上義大利麵,晚上吃泰國料理,兩道炸物,炒飯跟湯麵所以大爆醣大爆卡,不過昨天很老崔從家裡到野塘站白馬下車到足療地都是走路,昨天超過2萬步,所以800公克體重的增加,肌肉跟水分各300,當然脂肪也增了500就慢慢再減回去
60.5 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
