Yesterday was my first "walk five minutes-- jog two". The first set...I only jogged for 1.30...and I talked to myself the whole time about it during the five minute walk...then I jogged 1.45...and the last set was able to do 2.0!!
My son is a runner-- so I was teasing him about okay...I'm jogging now...so I can have (insert target food)...he said, "Don't do that...I made that mistake when I started running." Those words of encouragement kept me honest. Go son. Yeaaaa me.
Exercise was a missing component from my other earlier attmepts at dieting.
