Losing weight since 17 February, I seem to be making steady progress - my scales come with a app so I can keep a good eye on how I'm progressing. It makes for a clear incentive to see the graph going down, day by day. I'm avoiding bread because that puts a lot of calories into a breakfast, or an afternoon snack. Also I'm surprised at just how little calories are in meat, so I fry up with no toast is just as satisfying. My binge of chocolate and biscuits and snacks over the Covid Christmas 2020 has sure taken its toll. As a couch potato, apart from my occasional shopping trips to the super/markets all my wight loss is down to changing my diet - oh! and portion control.
