Like a pendulum I just swing between 10st 2 and 10st 0. Never seem to break the 10st barrier either 😒

Maybe try upping your water intake? or switching up your exercise routine? I am sure you will reach your goal soon ❤️

When weight slows, you can only do 1 of 2 things, reduce cals or increase activity. A nice way to get things moving again, you maybe familiar with is fasted cardio, it can help things get moving again when you hit a barrier. Generally template, wake up, strong black coffee 25 to 40 mins, steady state. I always ranged 60 to 80 percent heart rate. Once complete eat as normal. Once, twice a week max.

That's a really good height :-) not sure what advice I can give, I'm still fairly new to this. But you sound like you're doing fab!

Thanks everyone - to be fair I know I’m moaning about not breaking the barrier but I’ve been really lax in both diet and exercise so I can’t really complain! Just need to get my head back in the game. Back to counting calories instead of just pretending they don’t exist 😂
