30 minute Core workout, 30 minute yoga yesterday. I hate starting over in Yoga because it makes me hate yoga in general. My balance and core say that I desperately need it though.

you can do it sweetie, believe in yourself, if one thing isn't working try another until you find what makes you want to do without it feeling like a chore. embrace your inner strength and that begins with your heart. your mind will follow suit. your body will become more and more happy.

Thanks! I just need to tweak the program back to some of the basics. I get frustrated when I struggle with certain things and since its been about 8 months since Ive done yoga, theres a lot of struggle!

You'll get that inner strength back. Just warm up to it. Reflect on the time when you use to love it. Yes struggling is part of the journey. Positive thoughts and you will succeed 💙💙☺💙💙

yoga should not be painful or hard🙏. Just a bit challenging at times for proper adaptation to the body evolving 🙂
