udah sebulan mkn diatas BMR trus BB naik 1kg, tp lingkar badan berkurang, dan lipatan perut masih kliatan klo duduk😂 harus lebih semangat wo nya atau makin clean food nih mknnya, dimulai dlu aja yg enak2🤭 spirit my body😘
