Back at it again. Had been out of control and sinking fast. Biggest change was quitting drinking (so far so good) Thanksgiving Eve. Been going strong for a week now, eating right and exercising daily. Now to make these changes long term. I know how to lose weight and be healthy...I just don't always choose to.
