YEA!! Worked off some of the weekend bloat. Hoping before tomorrow can work off the rest. I have my annual checkup tomorrow. Last time I was at doctor 2 weeks ago I weiged 185 (fully dressed in the afternoon). Would love tomorrow afternoon to hit 179.8. Then planning to visit with OB about referring me to an endocronologist to evaluate me further to make sure all my hormones are balanced and to see if there is something else I need to try to get over this hump.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was excited if only could have recorded that for my weekly challenge weight in, would have been down 1 pound since last Monday. I knew a lot was the bloat from all the standing and not so good food choices at show. Yesterday watched what I ate and got in lots of water!!!
