Don’t understand.
Been really stressed this week and have been craving extra bits in the evening.
Got to stop eating extra chocolate and peanut butter on bread. Did have extra nuts over a few days. Plus last night I had one big piece of Panatone cake.Maybe that could be it too.
We only did 2 boxersize sessions plus a short walk. Back to square one.
