Things are going very well. I am losing weight at a good rate and feeling good, not deprived, but robust and healthy. I only have 6 pounds to my goal. So, naturally I'm anticipating, no, dreading, when I hit my goal and have to maintain and suddenly I feel panicked instead of healthy.
