How to reduce hunger
『Drink unsweetened carbonated water』
『Increase the number of chews』
『Focusing on something else makes it harder to feel hungry』
Doing these should make things a little easier next time.

Thank you for sharing these good tips! Since I cannot have food to chew for now, I'll do visualisation/ pretend chews for my remaining 7 days of fasting. Something interesting I discover is: Inhaling cooked food or tidbits with empty stomach can energise & fulfil me for a few hours instead of causing hunger pangs or stomach growls hahah.

I hope it helps you even a little.✨
I have never fasted, so I find it a very interesting phenomenon.
I personally think that the detoxification effect in the body has improved the gastrointestinal condition and made it more active.

The effect of fasting is great, but it needs to be done accurately.
Fasting is the most difficult thing I think of.
I am thinking of aiming for the target weight without changing the current weight loss method.

You're welcome, happy to share :)
Yes, when friends see my new slimness and asked how I did it, I told them about Intermittent Fasting and they immediately replied it is difficult for them to skip a single meal.
These encounters led me to understand why Dr Jason Fung's "The Complete Guide to Fasting" is a 300pages book although it seems to be a rather simple topic. There is a lot of analogies, testimonials and scientific data required to be shown to convince people to try it(─.─||)
