My weight is up and down, up and down. My goal this week is to bust through the 170 mark.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know you can do it, but if it doesn't happen, don't get frustrated - your working out, and muscle weights more than fat! Good job so far!!!
