Lost another 2.2. Not too bad. I need to step up the workouts! I am much more active than I was even a few weeks ago, but its not enough. This weeks goal: to do more workouts!
111.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
