I was expecting the scale to go the other way today.....
54.6 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hate the scale. It never goes where I want it. I've put it in the corner for it to have a good long think about what it's done wrong, lol.

have you tracked loss in size? maybe your body is distributing things so that's why it's not loosing weight??

That’s a regret I have - at the beginning of my weight loss, I wish I would have taken measurements so I could track that way. I didn’t, though. I can say I have gone down several clothing sizes, however, but none lately (which is actually okay; I’d just like to drop a few more pounds).

You could have gained muscle or it could also be water retention. I started my weight loss journey in January. Lost 11 pounds in a month. And then, in February, I lost no weight all. But, I took out my measurements on Feb 1 and March 1 and I realized that even though I didn't lose any weight, I had lost 2 inches on my belly, 1.5 inches on my hips, 1 inch each on my thighs, 0.5 inches each on my arms and so on. So, the scale isn't very accurate in determining actual fat loss. :) Body measurements are better.
