어제 저녁보다 1.6kg 내려감. 하루에 이정도 변화라니. 어제 저녁 안먹은게 이정도야? 근래 최저 몸무게 300g만 빼면 85다. 얏호~!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
