Not happy with my energy level or the fact that I keep wanting cake and icing. So stupid. I don't know what it is that makes me want cake but it is getting ridiculous. I try not to really deprive myself, but I have had way too much of it. This nonsense needs to stop. Also, I MUST do more cardio during the day. No more being lazy. No more excuses.
