ok i was disappointed at scale but my own fault i tried to justify veggie straws as a non chip my weight proved otherwise. so now that is kids only till challenge is done.

but 2.5 pounds is still pretty good. i also added cooked veggies. the week before was 100 percent raw. hmmm might have to go that route
104.6 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 36.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
