masih stuck di 90.....setelah melewati masa menstruasi..yg katanya bikin ngikat massa air..jd aga melambat ..mudah2an besok bisa turun ke angka 88...kalo di hitung dr mulai diet defisit kalori start 1 feb 96 kg...smp dgn nanti 28 feb..bisa ga lost 10 kg please.....😁😁😁😁
