After birthday treats all week, you would think I would put on weight, but I did extra cardio to combat the cake. Did 3 boxersize/sparing sessions of 30-60 minutes each and it seems to be working. Apparently, 30 minutes of boxing is far better than just working. It does more weight damage. So good job to me this week.
