Note: I've been adding these entries and my weight after-the-fact over the past couple days...and I screwed up somewhere...Today I was down to 275.8, not 277.6...I was 277.6 at the doctor, but that was at 1:30pm, after 2 shakes, and while wearing pants and a shirt, whereas at home I weigh in in my boxers first thing in the morning...275.8 was my morning weight...That probably means I messed up a couple entries...but at least I screwed up in the right direction...
