Jujur lebih baik demi kemajuan diri sndiri..hhe..lg nyari alesan aja aq ini..hahaha naik dah slama 20 hr ga atur makan,gak olahraga..alesannya:aq sakit anak juga..ibu datang ke kota kami dn masaak tiap hari,enak2 makanan masakannya..hahaha
69.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
