seharian cheat day..makan gak di kira2semua yg bertepung masuk alhasil dada sesak ..BB yg bertambah bisa jadi kadar air yg meningkat bisa turn bbrp hari tp sesak nya yg gk nguatin

cheat day sprti ini merugikan mending setiap hari cheat tp sdkit dan sesuai defisit bukan yg dri pagi smpe mlm😂😂😂
