Ginger tea! I now swear by it. I have a ginger green tea every morning and somehow, over a weekend on indulgence as both my boyfriend and my dad took me out for meals and treated my with sweets and whatnot, I still managed to lose a tiny amount of weight. I did do a decent amount of exercise but still!
