With the highs and lows this is a journey for me of living and learning. Before this was my thing I dont eat alot so I just can't understand why I cant lose weight. Now I can...I can eat all wrong and think nothing of it and obviously not being in a calorie deficit never allowed my body to lose weight. Also very important it's kind over matter as I am aware of my upcoming party I've freed myself of being accountable I didnt like what I saw on the scale today so I'm going to tread carefully
