There's no reason to weigh yourself more than once a week. With daily water fluctuations, body weight can change drastically on a day-to-day basis,” says Rachel Fine, registered dietitian and owner of To the Pointe Nutrition. “Weighing yourself at the same time on a weekly basis will give you a more accurate picture.

Don't worry about it, I check multiple times a day. Lightest is 8am, heaviest is 5pm. I can fluctuate up to 4 lbs during a day. Even when I weigh "heavy" it is still less than where I started and that encourages me.

I weigh myself every morning because it encourages me but I don't sweat fluctuations. I use my weekly (Fri am) weight to measure progress over time.

I weigh every morning after I go to the washroom. Today was better than yesterday, and the day before that I was down. So didnt want to give myself to much of a high five in case tomorrow I wake up to weighing a baby 🐘.

Actually I have weight myself sometimes everyday but only record my weight on Thursday @ 6:10 pm (once a week). You should try to weigh yourself once a week and record that weight.

Yes. Mine would fluctuate everyday. As much as 7 pound difference sometimes. It's completely normal.

I actually find it more helpful to weigh yourself a few times a day. If you do so, you see your fluctuations and you get familiar with your weight range and take the average. Some people shouldn't do it cuz they'll obsess about it, but I personally feel it helps give a better understanding of your actual weight. Once youre fluctuation range starts to shift above or below is when you know you're actually moving somewhere. At the end of the day whats more important is how you feel or some mombo jombo like that. But to actually get a proper idea, weighing in at the same time once a week means nothing. Say you were good all week then weighed in on the heavy side of your fluctuations, it would be rather discouraging. Same goes if you weigh yourself once a day at the same time.

Exactly weight your self a couple times and get to know your body. It helps to track your macros so if you weigh a little more one day check and she what you at the day before some times you need a little more carbs some times less. Track everything and you’ll know what works. I personally think people should be hard on them selves if you don’t like something then it should give you the fire to change it and give you the drive. It works for me anyway
