It is time to hit the diet again. I've had 1 month off and was pleased that I naturally fell back into a healthy eating style. In fact, I had a slice of peameal bacon, 3 strips of bacon, a small slice of ham, and 3 eggs at a diner yesterday morning. I've done so well that I've lost all the weight that I gained at Christmas and am starting my SPRING CAMPAIGN at 1lb lower than when I ended last one's
