Can I give some simple advise - DONT BELIEVE YOUR SCALE!!
I started on a diffrent app, it all started in Aug 2020, since August I have lost 16KG - But the 16Kg is nothing I have lost 25Cm of Belly fat!
Friends and co-workers started noticing the change, do yourself a favour measure your problem areas and focus your workout on those!
