What’s average % of protein are you taking daily? App saying it should be 30%, but I’m struggling to drop under 35/40? Can’t eat less meat 😂

I usually do 20 percent average per week. 50 percent carbs and 30 percent fat. Seems to work for me but I really trying to do more proteins and less carbs and fat but always struggling.
