I guess yesterday wasn't a dream! I weighed myself this morning and saw 214.7 lbs! Woo Hoo!

It's weird...I write everything I eat in my own personal journal that sits in front of my computer. It seems like so much food when I write it down. (I keep a little memo pad with me while I'm at work so I don't *cheat* and *forget* things that I've eaten.) I feel like I've eaten piles of food over the last few days, but when I log it all into the FS Food Diary at the end of the day, I've consumed less than 1000 calories.

Maybe I'm finally making smart food choices.

And I'm sure doing yoga every night before bed for 30 minutes is helping too.
97.4 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 38.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had a Woo Hoo too today. Isn't it a wonderful feeling to see your efforts pay off. Keep writing it all down, that is what will get you to your goal. I should try yoga again, I did in the past and gave it up. Before bedtime is a really good time to do that. Keep up the great work. :-)
