Don’t think I ate enough yesterday and I realize when I eat beef I stall as well but I haven’t eaten anything wrong not once since starting my new journey and not discouraged because the body can fluctuate anywhere from 1-3 pounds every day.
116.9 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
