I did it! I would rather have been 123.0 at the end of October but I will take 124.5. Yippee! Goal: 121.0 by end of November. Short-term goals, i.e. 3 to 7 days are working better for me so this is how I am managing my weight loss. I am 6.5 lbs less than I weighed one year ago (October 31, 2012).
