You are the master of your temple. You control what goes in, and you control what you do throughout the day.
If you arent exercizing, then your body has ZERO use for carbohydrates. Have them at breakfast time and thats it. Eat only green fiberous vegetables, they contain the least number of carbs. Eat only lean protein sources such as bakes chicken, turkey, or fish. Eat 5-6 meals per day, just cut down your meal sizes to 4-6 ounces of meat and 1 cup of green vegitables. Eating several times per day helps fight cravings AND boosts your metabolism.
You can do this.
