Doing well. Goal by November 1st is 123. What I'm doing: 7-8 hours sleep; 48 oz water daily; planking and walking or jogging every day; started back to weightlifting yesterday. Feel great.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
