Akhir2 ini lagi jenih ngitungin kalori, ternyata emang masih bisa turun kalau kita udah biasa makan dgn porsi yg biasa/bisa ngontrol makanan yg masuk, biidznillah :)
49.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
