Finally below my starting weight... that I logged in February of 2016. I’ve bounced around the scale the past few years but never got below 205. I’m ready to put some focus into this and see what I can do.
96.7 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 33.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
