My birthday was on Wednesday and I celebrated it for a bit too long by eating too much of the treats and not enough of nutritious foods and I knew I’d gain weight and I’m okay with that because it was one of my best birthdays so next week I’m going to carry on as normal (before birthday). I also did not record what I ate for three days now but I’m going to start again tomorrow. I’ve also been stretching and feel a lot better after exercise.
