Yesterday I intentionally skipped breakfast. Had oatmeal, milk & raisins for lunch and a salad with 4 oz of ground beef plus 1/3 cup of homemade chocolate pudding for dessert. No snack as I am fasting for tomorrow's blood tests. Jogged about 40 minutes (16 celsius)and planked with Paul. Before today, and since starting keeping track of my weight on this site in October 2012, I was 125.0 only once (August 2013). In October 2012 I was about 130 131. I am pleased. I HAVE MY BODY BACK. WHEN I GIVE IT ADEQUATE SLEEP I DON'T GET HUNGRY AND I LOSE WEIGHT. THIS IS KEY TO WEIGHT LOSE IN MY OPINION.
