Hi sbnrnya udh achieved, skrg tnggl maintenance malah mau naikin smpe 42 lg nih. Dr bulan Juli thn lalu ☺️ dietnya cm defisit kalori, makan sehat 70%, 30% makanan yg g sehat. Aq cheat meal setiap hri tapi hanya di snack time (biasanya roti, gorengan, pizza, chiki, dll tentunya dgn porsi yg ga kalap ya). Kalau sdh berjaln 3 bulan, km bs kok cheat day dan g ngaruh ke timbangan wkt itu aq pernah binge eating pizza 1 loyang gdhe yg stuffed crust lagi, belom sama sosis, french fries, chocolate pie jg yg di big box hahaha. Toh kt masih makn yg sehat lg besok2nya. Enjoy aja jgn dipatokin atau targetin, kelewatan sekali dua kali gpp tp ttep seenggaknya dlm sehari ada eat healthy nya ya.
