Went to Outback after church Sunday and made some poor choices. Didn't research the nutrtional info either. But I'm back on track =) So, it's ok to flub once in a while, just can't make a habbit out of it.
128.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 60.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
