Still have to work on cutting the carbs and fat levels down. I just feel a little bloated today, so not forcing more calories. Just made a protein smoothie for dinner and it's filling enough. Yesterday's "mini-binge" was that craving monster that overtakes women... monthly... although men can binge too,... but for different reasons....sigh..
